Synthesis brings together a small cohort of founders for 12 weeks of focused enterprise development, shared learning, and meaningful action. We’d love to know the person behind your work, what you’ve put into motion, and where you hope to go next.

You don’t need an established business or a particular revenue milestone to apply. We are looking for people actively developing their work and ready to engage in a practical, collaborative process.

03 / Your Synthesis Experience

Synthesis is a 12-week hybrid accelerator with virtual engagement and a one-week in-person intensive at Casa Puma in Diamante Valley, Costa Rica. Founding participation is $3,500, including the residency component of the intensive. Final dates, travel arrangements, and inclusions are confirmed individually.
