LOGOS

Questions & next steps

Getting to know LOGOS.

A little more about what we do, how relationships develop, and the different ways to get involved.

01 / Understanding LOGOS

01What exactly is LOGOS?

LOGOS is an ecosystem development and emerging investment company. We work alongside founders, operators, and organizations to develop the financial, commercial, operational, and organizational infrastructure their enterprises need to thrive.

What makes our approach different is that we're also interested in the relationships between those enterprises. By cultivating shared capabilities, knowledge, and opportunities across a wider network, we seek to strengthen individual organizations while helping develop something greater than the sum of its parts.

02Who does LOGOS work with?

We're drawn to people and organizations building meaningful enterprises with the potential to become economically viable, operationally capable, and enduring.

Our work currently spans founder-led brands built by practitioners and coaches around coaching offers, memberships, and communities, membership-based businesses, technology ventures, and landowners or operators developing place-based enterprises. We're also interested in relationships with strategic collaborators and capital partners who resonate with the broader vision.

While these are areas of particular focus, we're more interested in the quality of the opportunity and the people behind it than fitting every project into a predetermined category.

03What does it mean to be part of the LOGOS ecosystem?

The ecosystem is a developing network of independent enterprises, people, places, and capabilities connected through shared relationships and opportunities for collaboration.

Participation can take different forms, from community membership and programming to commercial partnerships, operating relationships, and more substantial strategic collaboration.

Being part of the network doesn't mean giving up your independence or becoming owned by LOGOS. Our intention is to strengthen the capabilities of participating organizations while developing opportunities for mutual benefit across the wider network.

02 / Working & Participating

01How do I know which LOGOS offering is right for me?

That depends on what you're building and the kind of support or environment that would be most useful.

Synthesis brings founders together in a structured, collaborative accelerator. Venture Design & Build begins a personalized, hands-on working relationship with LOGOS, with an initial three-month foundation for longer-term collaboration, while Founder Residency offers dedicated space for focused work and connection at Casa Puma.

For established enterprises or opportunities requiring more substantial operating involvement, we also explore customized partnerships.

You can learn more on our Work With Us page, or begin with a conversation if you're unsure where you fit.

02What's the difference between Synthesis and Venture Design & Build?

Both are designed to help founders make meaningful progress, but they offer different environments for doing so.

Synthesis is a 12-week hybrid accelerator combining practical enterprise development, peer collaboration, and a one-week in-person intensive at Casa Puma, where a focused residency helps integrate the remote work through practical collaboration.

Venture Design & Build begins with an initial three-month, hands-on engagement to strengthen the strategic, commercial, financial, and operational foundations of your enterprise. This is the beginning of a relationship intended to develop over time. As those foundations become stronger, we work together to explore how your offers, capabilities, and community can participate in the wider LOGOS ecosystem. Continued collaboration is shaped around mutual fit, progress, and agreed scope.

The distinction is primarily between a structured cohort experience and a more individualized working partnership.

03Can I stay at Casa Puma without joining Synthesis?

Absolutely. Our Founder Residency Program is a distinct, application-based offering for people seeking dedicated time and space for focused work, integration, and connection.

The experience has a lighter programming structure than Synthesis and can be arranged independently, subject to availability and fit.

After reviewing your application, we'll reach out to explore your intentions and schedule a discovery conversation where appropriate.

04What do your programs cost?

Our current founding offers are:

  • Synthesis Growth Accelerator: $3,500 for the 12-week hybrid program, including a one-week in-person intensive at Casa Puma, delivered through a focused residency.
  • Venture Design & Build: $2,000 per month for an initial three-month engagement, with an additional $1,000 for a one-week in-person intensive at Casa Puma, including the residency component. The combined founding package totals $7,000.
  • Founder Residency: $900 per week or $3,000 per month, subject to application and availability.

Customized advisory and operating partnerships are scoped individually.

Program details, inclusions, and current availability are provided on the respective offering pages.

05Can I get involved without becoming a client?

Of course. Not every meaningful relationship needs to begin with a commercial engagement.

Our free LOGOS community brings together founders, practitioners and coaches, operators, and collaborators interested in sharing ideas, developing relationships, and exploring opportunities together.

Whether you're building something of your own, interested in contributing your expertise, or simply resonate with our approach, the community is an accessible place to begin.

03 / Places & Partnerships

01How does LOGOS work with landowners and place-based operators?

We help develop the business and operating foundations that allow meaningful places to become viable enterprises.

That might involve designing residency or retreat offerings, developing recurring revenue models, strengthening financial and management systems, improving hosting operations, or cultivating relationships with practitioners and coaches, founders, and programming partners.

Depending on the needs of the project and our mutual alignment, LOGOS may provide strategic development, implementation support, or ongoing operational management.

The aim is to build an economic foundation capable of sustaining both the place and the people who bring it to life.

02Does my property need to be operating already?

Not necessarily.

Some projects have existing accommodations, guests, revenue, and programming but need stronger systems or a clearer commercial model. Others may have physical infrastructure and significant potential without an established operation.

We're interested in understanding what's already present, what the place could realistically support, and what resources or development would be required.

Not every property will be an appropriate fit, but an established hospitality business isn't a prerequisite for beginning a conversation.

03Does LOGOS own the enterprises featured in its ecosystem?

Not necessarily. Our ecosystem includes different forms of relationships, from commercial and operating partnerships to opportunities we're still exploring.

Each enterprise retains its own identity, and a partnership with LOGOS does not automatically imply shared ownership, investment, or common governance.

We distinguish active relationships from those still in development and explain our involvement more specifically within individual enterprise profiles.

04 / Capital & Connection

01Does working with LOGOS mean my enterprise will receive investment?

No. Our operating and advisory relationships are distinct from potential investment participation.

We believe capital is most useful when an enterprise has the financial clarity, governance, operating capacity, and commercial foundations necessary to put it to productive use.

While certain relationships may eventually develop into opportunities for deeper economic participation or investment, those possibilities depend on readiness, alignment, appropriate structures, and specific agreements.

Our focus is on developing a healthy enterprise first.

02Can I explore LOGOS from an investor's perspective?

Certainly. Our Capital page introduces the philosophy and operating approach informing our longer-term investment strategy, along with the enterprises and relationships taking shape across the network.

We welcome introductions from people who bring relevant experience, perspectives, relationships, or an interest in our institutional direction.

The public website is informational and does not offer securities or solicit investment. Beginning a relationship with LOGOS does not imply access to an investment opportunity.

03What's the best way to begin a conversation?

Start wherever your interest naturally connects with the work.

If you're exploring a program or residency, the relevant application will help us understand what you're looking for. If you're developing an enterprise or place-based project, you can introduce the opportunity through the appropriate partnership pathway.

And if you're simply interested in getting to know LOGOS, you're welcome to connect with us or join the community.

We review introductions personally and follow up where there's an appropriate next step.
