Paolo Nardi is the cofounder and CEO of Sumbios. His work brings systems thinking and AI to a human challenge: helping people remember their relationships and act on the opportunities within them.
Previously a Digital Ethicist at IKEA, Paolo worked on ethical AI frameworks across global operations. At Sumbios, he combines that perspective with technical entrepreneurship, developing tools that keep relationship context useful and people in control.
Together with his cofounders, he is building Sumbios O and a founding-partner community around it. The platform helps professionals connect knowledge, prepare for conversations, and follow through with greater context.
